- Walk off the plane into an a traditional Hawaiian lu`au ceremony in your first evening

- Explore spiritual places such as the Kauai Hindu Monastery
- Relax in casual accommodations in a private house
- See the beautiful Na Pali coast in a sunset cruise by boat

This retreat will include Sivananda hatha yoga with Haley Kuntz and hatha/vinyasa classes with Katharine Bierce.
